A rare opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor (2–4 years’ PQE) to join an Edinburgh firm with strong Scottish roots. This role is ideal for a Scottish-qualified solicitor seeking to work on high-value commercial property transactions for household-name clients while developing their expertise within a collaborative, supportive team. You will gain exposure to a broad range of commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects. The team advises leading clients across Scotland, offering an excellent platform to develop technical expertise and take on increasingly complex transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development work

About You

• Scottish-qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE
