Key Responsibilities:
Advising on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, investment and development projects
Supporting clients on a range of rural property and land-related matters across Scotland
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating property documentation and related agreements
Managing client relationships and providing commercially focused legal advice
Working collaboratively on complex real estate projects across multiple sectors
Contributing to business development and the continued success of the wider Real Estate team
Applicants should have at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial property, rural property, or a closely related area. Candidates should be commercially minded, technically strong, and comfortable managing their own matters while working as part of a collaborative team. Experience in either commercial property or rural business work will be considered.
