Ideally you shall have a minimum of 1 years' previous commercial property experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal and will now be ready to take the next step in your career.
You will work with a diverse client base ranging from retail & leisure, through to energy companies. You will provide support on a variety of real estate matters including:
Landlord & Tenant work
Portfolio management
Wind and solar power schemes acting for developers, landowners, funders and sponsors,
The purchase and sale of high-value property
