We are currently working with this well-regarded Glasgow law firm on this commercial property role. The team specialises in all aspects of property law in Scotland, dealing with acquisitions and disposals of all sizes, from the smallest industrial unit to large-scale developments.
This is a broad role that involves all aspects of general commercial property work, including:
- Construction & Property Disputes
- Property Finance
- Environmental & Planning Issues
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and significant experience in handling sensitive and complex cases. There is also scope for progression to Legal Director level. Although this is a full-time role, candidates wishing to work 4 days a week would be considered.
