Are you an experienced solicitor with a passion for agricultural and commercial property law? Do you want to build your career in one of Scotland’s most picturesque and thriving regions? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and client-focused Commercial Property / Agricultural Solicitor to join our respected and friendly client based in Perthshire.

About the Role:

You will manage a varied caseload involving:

• Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial property
• Agricultural transactions including farm sales, purchases, and tenancy arrangements
• Rural land matters, including crofting and estates
• Supporting clients with a wide range of property-related legal issues

You’ll work closely with the firms’ established client base of landowners, farmers, rural businesses, and commercial enterprises, delivering clear, practical advice with a personal touch.

About You:
 

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in property law (commercial and/or agricultural)
• Strong understanding of rural business needs and the Scottish property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-care skills
• Self-motivated and able to manage a diverse workload
• A genuine interest in living and working in a rural community
