We are supporting a boutique law firm in Edinburgh with the recruitment of a Commercial Property Solicitor.

Job Description

Due to ongoing growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join its busy practice.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years PQE, strong commercial property experience, and the ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. While the focus is commercial property, there will be some residential work.

Key responsibilities:

Managing transactions from instruction to completion
Acting on commercial property acquisitions and disposals
Drafting, negotiating, and concluding missives
Advising on and preparing leases, sub-leases, assignations, and variations
Handling landlord and tenant matters (rent reviews, break options)
Managing settlements and conveyancing processes
Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors

Applications will be considered from those seeking full-time and part-time employment.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, supportive team with steady workflow. The role will initially be fully office-based, with the potential for hybrid working as the position evolves.

If this position could be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Cameron or Teddie for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 18074)
