You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop relationships, lead negotiations, and drive improvements in commercial performance. The role also involves overseeing contract compliance, supporting agreement drafting, and resolving any disputes that arise.
Ideal applicants will have solid experience in a commercial setting, confidence in working with contract forms such as LOGIC, NEC3/4, or BIMCO, and the ability to collaborate across departments while managing pressure with professionalism.
