Our client, a leading offshore Law Firm, is seeking a motivated Associate to join the Private Client and Trusts Disputes Team in Jersey.

Job Description

This role involves advising and representing clients on complex international trust and private wealth disputes, working with financial institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and non-institutional clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing litigation matters from initial instructions through to hearings, providing pragmatic advice, and delivering consistently high-quality service.

Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, conducting research, preparing case analyses, and helping to shape litigation strategy. Interested applicants should be at the 1-6 years’ PQE level and able to demonstrate commercial awareness, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to client service. You will have a strong academic background and experience in private client or commercial litigation. Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside an interest in private wealth and trust disputes.
