Our client, a leading law firm, is looking to recruit an Associate to join its Conflict Resolution team.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation solicitor to work on a wide-ranging and high-quality caseload, supporting experienced practitioners across commercial, contractual, property, construction, and private client disputes.

The successful candidate will represent clients in the Sheriff Court and in alternative dispute resolution forums, including adjudication and arbitration. You will also manage a portfolio of consumer rights and contentious executry matters.

Applicants should have a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, with strong advocacy skills and a track record of managing cases under supervision. A commitment to client service, a proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for business development and wider team participation are essential.

The role is based in Glasgow, with some travel across Scotland required, and the ability to attend court hearings, client visits, and firm events is essential.

Should this role be of interest, please do not hesitate to contact either Teddie or Cameron for an initial, confidential discussion. (Assignment 17250)
