Commercial Legal Director - Aberdeen
c£100k - £150k + Excellent Benefits Package.
We are proud to be working in partnership with our client, a well-established, Legal500 law firm, who continue to grow from their ongoing success.
Due to this growth, a role has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Commercial Director to join their well-regarded Commercial Property team. In this dynamic role, the ideal candidate will represent a diverse range of clients and work on a varied workload, including:
Commercial leasing
Acquisitions and disposals
Development projects (including renewable energy option agreements, leases, and infrastructure projects)
Project due diligence
Corporate support
Property finance
This role is ideal for a senior solicitor/senior associate/legal director with experience in commercial property work who is eager to further develop their career.
