An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor to join a forward-thinking legal services team as Managing Lawyer, working closely with a leading UK media client.

Job Description

The role involves overseeing a team of lawyers and paralegals responsible for delivering a broad range of commercial contracts and legal support. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing relationships, allocating work, ensuring quality and consistency, and supporting the ongoing development of the service offering. Day-to-day work includes advising on commercial agreements, technology and outsourcing contracts, and supplier arrangements.

You will collaborate with both the client’s in-house legal team and a highly regarded technology, media, and telecoms practice, gaining deep insight into the client’s business while helping shape an innovative service model. This position suits someone with strong experience in commercial and media law, team management, and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

This is a standout opportunity for a senior lawyer to join a collaborative, high-performing team that combines the pace of private practice with the integration of an in-house legal function.
