You will join the firm’s Clinical Negligence team, handling a diverse range of pursuer clinical negligence matters. The role offers responsibility matched to your experience, with guidance from senior solicitors and partners, and clear scope for career progression.

Key Responsibilities
> Oversee a caseload of clinical negligence claims from initial instructions to resolution
> Advise clients with clarity and empathy on medical and legal matters
> Conduct investigations, including liaising with medical experts and gathering evidence
> Prepare correspondence, pleadings, and other court documentation
> Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients’ interests
> Ensure compliance with procedural rules, deadlines, and best practice standards
About You
> Qualified Solicitor in Scotland (NQ–Senior Associate level considered)
> Experience in clinical negligence or personal injury litigation
> Strong analytical, organisational, and negotiation skills
> Empathetic and confident in client-facing situations
> Able to manage your own workload while contributing positively to a team
