You’ll take the lead on a range of claims for pursuers — from pre-litigation work to cases in the All-Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court and the Court of Session.
You’ll have the freedom to manage your own caseload while being supported by an experienced and friendly team of Partners, Associates, Solicitors, Trainees, and Paralegals. You'll have backing you need to grow — whether that’s taking on advocacy, instructing Counsel, or working with expert witnesses.
No two days are the same here. You’ll handle a wide variety of cases, including delayed diagnosis, surgical negligence, GP errors, birth injuries, and fatal accident claims.
If you have a minimum of 2 years' experience of clinical negligence matters, are experienced in progressing pre-litigated cases, have strong advocacy skills, have exceptional communication and organisational skills , are commercially aware and have a real drive and passion to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients I want to hear from you.
As well as job satisfaction, you will enjoy a competitive salary, generous and flexible benefits, fantastic ongoing training and professional development, outstanding opportunities to progress and a competitive salary. Hybrid working is also on offer after an initial settling in period.
I am also looking to speak with candidates who have less post qualifying experience but have enjoyed a clinical negligence focused traineeship.
