Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid working model and a supportive, collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of clinical negligence claims on behalf of pursuers, handling both pre-litigation and litigation work across various courts. You will be responsible for delivering clear, compassionate legal advice, undertaking court advocacy, and working with counsel and expert witnesses on a broad spectrum of cases.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable litigation experience, strong advocacy skills, and a client-centred approach. A sound knowledge of personal injury law and court procedures, along with a proactive, organised mindset, is essential.

The firm is committed to employee development and offers opportunities to contribute beyond casework, including involvement in business improvement initiatives. With a strong focus on work-life balance, the role comes with a generous benefits package, ongoing professional training, and the chance to be part of a forward-thinking legal team.
