One of the world’s most respected firms, with an international outlook and a genuine commitment to innovation, is expanding its Clean Energy & Projects team in Glasgow.
The team is at the forefront of advising national and international clients on the real estate aspects of major energy infrastructure projects. That means getting involved in everything from wind farms and solar parks to hydro schemes, battery storage facilities and EV charging infrastructure. The projects are big, they’re important, and they’re shaping the future of how we live and work.
Day to day, the role covers the full mix of property work, from acquisitions and disposals through to landlord and tenant matters, asset management and portfolio management. The clean energy pipeline is particularly strong in solar and battery storage, so you’ll quickly find yourself working on deals that are both technically challenging and rewarding in scale.
Because the team is growing, there are opportunities available at different levels. Whether you’re a few years qualified and looking to specialise, or you’re more experienced and ready to bring your expertise to a new sector, there’s space to make this role your own. What sets the team apart is not just the quality of the work, but also the collaborative, supportive environment – they’re serious about clean energy, but they’re also down to earth, approachable and genuinely enjoy what they do.
They have shown a total commitment over the last few years to creating manageable caseloads, from NQ to Partner level.
