A well-established firm specialising in children and family law based in Ayrshire, is seeking a qualified solicitor to join their busy court department. Ideally, this candidate would have experience in both court work and children’s hearings and should be confident with drafting and managing a case load.
The firm manages a busy caseload within Ayrshire and the surrounding areas, focusing primarily on family actions at local Sheriff Courts and in the Court of Session. The firm also boasts a strong reputation for doing the third most children’s panels in Scotland and associated referral proceedings.
The ideal candidate must be child focused, personable and an effective communicator and have a strong understanding of the relevant law that applies to the areas in which we practice. The candidate would require to work collaboratively with colleagues whilst also handling a personal caseload independently.
