Job Description

Salary:              £63,757 - £73,203 per annum (dependent upon experience)
                          Plus pension contribution and salary sacrifice schemes

What we offer:           

• 5 weeks annual leave + 12 public holidays
• 2 discretionary leave days (December), birthday leave, and 5-year service day

• Trial of a 4-day working week (32 hours, no salary reduction)

Contract:        Permanent, 35 hours per week

Location:         Glasgow (Currently operating blended office-based and remote working model)

About the role: 

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead one of Scotland's leading law centres through its next phase of development. Working closely with the Board of Directors, Senior Management Team and external stakeholders, the Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic leadership, ensure organisational sustainability and champion access to justice.

The successful candidate will build on LSA's strong foundations, lead organisational development and strengthen the organisation's impact, influence and sustainability across Scotland.
