This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to move into a strategic knowledge and innovation-focused role, supporting the development of legal expertise, training, legal technology adoption and best practices across a highly regarded real estate practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading knowledge management initiatives across the Real Estate group, including legal updates, training programmes and best practice development
Supporting the adoption and implementation of legal technology, AI tools and innovation projects across the wider team
Developing and maintaining precedents, legal resources and knowledge-sharing processes to support high-quality client service
Working closely with partners, business development and innovation teams on thought leadership, client training and strategic projects
Applicants should be qualified lawyers with at least 5 years’ PQE, ideally gained within a real estate team at a large commercial law firm. Candidates should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a genuine interest in legal innovation, knowledge management and the development of legal technology. Experience mentoring, training or coaching colleagues would be advantageous.
