As part of a growing Business Development team, you will contribute to the growth and success of a well-established legal referral network that connects hundreds of firms across Scotland.
This role is ideal for a solicitor with up to five years’ PQE who thrives on relationship building, strategic thinking, and creating impact beyond traditional legal practice. You will be instrumental in managing and developing the firm’s national network, engaging with member firms, organising events, and promoting the initiative across the Scottish legal market.
You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative team that values innovation, communication, and a client-focused approach. Experience in private practice, strong interpersonal skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving are essential. The firm is open to candidates with different types of legal experience, provided they can demonstrate a genuine interest in moving into this area.
