Associate / Senior Associate – Banking & Finance | Scotland | 4–6 PQE

A leading UK law firm is looking for a talented Associate / Senior Associate to join their fast-growing Scotland banking team.

This role offers:

• Exposure to all types of finance transactions – corporate lending, leveraged finance, real estate, asset finance, and more
• Responsibility for drafting and negotiating facility agreements and security documents, managing conditions precedent, and supervising junior lawyers
• The chance to take ownership of matters and contribute to building a dynamic, entrepreneurial local team

We’re seeking candidates with:

• 4–6 years PQE in banking/finance
• Strong general banking experience
• A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work across a variety of transactions
