Our client, a leading international Law Firm, is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Corporate Governance Lawyer to join its internal Governance Team.

Job Description

This in-house role supports the firm’s global operations, working with senior leadership to enhance corporate governance across legal and business services divisions. The role is based in Jersey.

Key responsibilities include company secretarial support for internal boards and committees, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance. The role also involves leading governance projects, supporting corporate transactions and restructures, and developing internal frameworks, policies, and reporting processes. Strong knowledge of company law and experience in governance or company secretarial work is essential.

The ideal candidate is a UK-qualified corporate lawyer with at least 3 years’ PQE, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Experience in a regulated professional services environment and familiarity with governance platforms are advantageous.
