Beaumont Legal Recruitment is working with a highly regarded Scottish law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor at Associate or Senior Associate level.
This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality commercial property transactions, advising an established client base and developing relationships across a variety of sectors.
The Role
Advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals.
Commercial leasing, landlord and tenant matters.
Property development and investment transactions.
Drafting and negotiating missives, leases and associated documentation.
Undertaking due diligence, title examination and reporting.
Advising on property finance and wider real estate matters.
Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.
About You
Scottish-qualified Solicitor with 4+ PQE in Commercial Real Estate.
Strong technical expertise across commercial property transactions.
Experience managing your own caseload and handling complex matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills.
Commercially aware, proactive and confident working collaboratively.
