Key Responsibilities:
Advising commercial clients on the acquisition, disposal, development, and leasing of commercial property
Drafting, negotiating, and completing contracts for sale and lease of property assets
Examining title and leases and reporting clearly to clients
Drafting, negotiating, and concluding commercial leases and associated documentation
Advising on and completing development agreements
Building and maintaining strong client and agent relationships
Supervising and supporting junior team members
Managing matters efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with client objectives
Contributing to wider team collaboration within the real estate and infrastructure practice
The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate, strong communication skills, and the confidence to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment. Prior supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
