The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of contentious matters, including insolvency, commercial litigation, and trust disputes, often with cross-border elements. Acting for a diverse client base, you will provide strategic advice and representation in some of the most challenging cases in the offshore market.
Applicants should have at least one year of post-qualification experience in insolvency, commercial litigation, or trust disputes, ideally gained in a recognised practice. Strong technical skills, excellent academics, and a collaborative approach are essential. Offshore experience is advantageous but not required.
