A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its Dispute Resolution team in Glasgow.

Job Description

The role sits within a specialist team focused on contentious construction matters, supporting clients across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, transport, and real estate. The team works closely with transactional colleagues to provide comprehensive project support, from procurement and contracting through to dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will have experience in construction-related disputes and a solid understanding of the UK construction sector. They will be confident in managing both straightforward and complex matters, demonstrating strong drafting and negotiation skills. The role involves direct client engagement, contributing to business development, and mentoring junior team members.

Applicants should be qualified in English or Scots law and have relevant post-qualification experience. A collaborative mindset, commercial awareness, and client-focused approach are essential.
