Our client, a leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Associate (4+ PQE) to join its respected Real Estate team in Glasgow.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work on high-value investment and development transactions across sectors such as office, industrial, retail and the Living Sector, acting for a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on the acquisition, disposal, and financing of commercial property in Scotland.
  • Act for developers on site acquisition, development, and funding, particularly within the Living Sector.
  • Manage asset-management work, including leases, re-gears, and related documentation.
  • Support the real estate elements of corporate transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate leases and purchase/sale contracts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across relevant practice areas and help support junior team members.

You will have solid experience in Scottish commercial property work, strong commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills. You enjoy collaborating across teams, have an interest in the property sector, and are confident in building relationships and contributing to business development.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role within major projects, cross-border deals, and independently run transactions for clients active in the Scottish market.
