A well-established, multi-service law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its busy Stirling office.

Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while playing a key role within a collaborative and client-focused team.

Candidates from 5+ PQE through to Partner level with experience in residential conveyancing will be considered and will play a key leadership role within the branch.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers
Advising clients on all legal aspects of residential property transactions
Liaising with lenders, agents, and other third parties to progress transactions efficiently
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Supporting private client work, including wills and powers of attorney
Supervising conveyancing paralegals and overseeing day-to-day property department operations
Mentoring and supporting junior staff and trainees
Maintaining high standards of client care while managing a busy workload
Utilising case management systems and legal software effectively
