This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced solicitor to work in new and modern ways, with a strong focus on commercial contracts, technology, and outsourcing work.
The role will involve supporting a dedicated client and delivering a broad range of commercial legal services, including:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, technology agreements, supplier arrangements, and outsourcing documents
Advising on IP, data, and operational issues arising from the client’s business activities
Working closely with the client’s in-house legal function as part of a single-client service model
Assisting with development of contract templates, best-practice materials, and legal process improvements
The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, with strong commercial contracts experience and genuine interest in technology-related work. Candidates may come from either private practice or in-house backgrounds, and should bring excellent drafting skills, legal research ability, and confidence working autonomously with sophisticated clients. Strong communication skills, organisation, and a solutions-focused approach are essential.
You will be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking team that works closely with a Band 1 ranked technology practice, offering greater predictability in working hours and deeper integration with the client’s legal operations. The role supports remote working across the UK, with full-time or part-time arrangements available.
The firm offers a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for training, long-term career development, and involvement in innovative legal service delivery. If this role sounds of interest, please contact Cameron or Teddie for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 18250)
