This is a successful and highly regarded private practice with a longstanding reputation across Aberdeenshire. It has built its success through strong relationships with the local community, repeat business and referrals, whilst continuing to attract clients from further afield.
The Private Client team is thriving and you’ll play an important role in its continued success and development.
You’ll handle a varied and interesting caseload across the full range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, executries, trusts, inheritance tax and succession planning. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own clients and caseload whilst working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
At this level, however, the opportunity goes beyond managing your own files.
You’ll also provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues, share your technical knowledge and play a part in developing the team as it continues to grow.
You’ll already have strong Private Client experience and excellent client-facing skills. STEP qualification would be particularly welcomed, although equally important will be your technical ability, your approach to clients and your willingness to become an important part of the practice.
What really sets this opportunity apart is the progression.
There is a genuine route to Partnership for someone who wants it. You’ll have the opportunity to build your profile, develop relationships within the local market and gradually take on greater responsibility for the future direction of the Private Client practice.
If you’re currently at Senior Solicitor or Associate level and wondering where your next step is going to come from, this could offer exactly the opportunity you've been looking for.
