Beaumont Legal Recruitment is delighted to be instructed on behalf of a well-established Scottish law firm with a strong footprint across the Central Belt, seeking to appoint an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its expanding Edinburgh team.

This opportunity sits within a progressive and forward-thinking property practice that continues to invest in growth, people development and client service excellence.

The Opportunity

You will manage a broad and high-volume caseload of residential property matters, including:

• Purchases and sales
• Remortgages
• Transfers of title
• Part-exchange transactions

Working alongside experienced Partners and a collaborative team of Solicitors and Paralegals, you will benefit from strong internal support structures while maintaining autonomy over your files.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
• Confident managing transactions from inception through to completion
• Commercially aware with a client-focused mindset
• Motivated to contribute to a growing and ambitious practice
