This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful Developer Team advising some of the country’s leading large-scale developers.

Job Description

If you already have experience of plot sales and are looking for a new challenge, you’ll have the opportunity to work on high-quality developments within a busy, fast-paced but genuinely supportive environment.

The team continues to grow as a result of its ongoing success, making this an excellent time to join. You’ll be encouraged to develop your expertise, take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career within this specialist area of property law.

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of one year’s plot sales experience. However, I would also be very interested in speaking with experienced residential conveyancers who are keen to broaden their skills and make the move into developer work.

You’ll be highly organised, comfortable working to deadlines and, importantly, committed to providing an exceptional level of service to your clients. You should also be confident using case management systems and Microsoft Office.

In return, you’ll join a friendly and supportive team where people genuinely work together and where your contribution will be valued. A competitive salary and generous benefits package are also offered.

If you have plot sales experience, or you’re a residential conveyancer curious about how your skills could transfer into this area, I’d be delighted to have a confidential conversation with you.

Please contact me, Deborah Collier at QED Legal, on the details provided for further information.
