Looking for a fresh challenge, long to work with a private practice that, well, just gets it. If you're tired of the same old same old, feeling like you're running on empty and not appreciated or valued listen up.

Job Description

This is a private practice, an award winning legal 500 practice who definitely do get it. They know, in order to retain talent, they need to provide an environment that not only offers high quality and interesting work but ensure their teams really do feel part of a great team and wider business.

How do they do this, well, by listening and engaging with their teams. A prime example of this, is they have recently improved their benefits package and as a firm are consistently investing in developing and supporting their teams and importantly have clear routes for career progression in place.

This role is open to talented Private Client Solicitors from around 3 years post qualifying experience who are now looking for their next step in their career.

You will have a full and varied caseload of private client matters including Wills, trusts, estate planning (to include IHT and CGT planning), executries and adults with incapacity matters.

Ideally you shall be STEP qualified or looking to attain qualification and will have experience of drafting trusts and wills often dealing with more complex and high value matters. Candidates with experience of dealing with agricultural and business relief matters are highly desirable. A good understanding of tax matters is essential.

So, if you want high quality work in an environment that supports not suffocates and rewards you, please reach out to me Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided for more information.  All discussions are completely confidential.
