Transactional Construction Solicitor – Edinburgh or Glasgow

Job Description

This busy Construction Team is currently recruiting a Solicitor to work on non-contentious/transactional matters.  The team advise on a range of commercial real estate development and investment, as well as engineering and infrastructure projects.  Your duties will include:

• Advising on stand-alone construction/engineering/ infrastructure projects
• Advising on construction matters in relation to property finance, project finance, sale and purchase and development transactions
• Establishing good working relationships with clients and other departments
