This highly regarded intellectual property team are currently recruiting a Solicitor with between 2 - 6 pqe to join the team. The team covers a full range of IP rights, disciplines and applications, both from a contentious and a non-contentious perspective. You should have an interest and experience in contentious IP in particular. The primary focus of the role will be patent and soft IP litigation in the UK courts, including regular High Court litigation.
