Are you an accomplished private client solicitor, with extensive tax and trusts experience and considering a new role in the Edinburgh area?
My client, a leading legal 500 practice has one eye upon succession within their Private Client department and as such has a requirement for a highly ambitious private client solicitor to begin their steps ultimately towards partnership.
Upon assumption of your new role, you will become a key support for the lead Partner within this team and assume direct responsibility for many key clients. You will be integral in shaping the future of the team and it’s long term growth plans, being directly involved in the hiring process and all aspects of forward business development planning.
You will hail from a specialist private client background and have demonstrable experience of matters such as considering asset protection requirements in life and death, tax mitigation, trust advice and management, executry advice and administration, contentious situations, charitable matters and Power of Attorney implementation and administration.
Chances of this sort are incredibly rare, with private client departments, particularly within top tier legal 500 firms, tending to promote from within.
