The team offers estate planning services, including succession planning, trusts, asset protection, estate administration, and Will drafting for high-net-worth clients.
The firm is open to hearing form Scottish qualified candidates at the NQ-5 years’ PQE level, however, consideration will also be given to English & Welsh qualified solicitors who are keen to undertake the transfer exam. You should either be a full STEP member or be willing to complete the STEP diploma, which the firm will fund.
