The role will be based in Edinburgh; however, the firm support a hybrid working approach.
You will advise a range of clients in all aspects of estate planning, trusts and asset protection as well as dealing with executries and wills drafting.
The firm is open to hearing form Scottish qualified candidates at the 5year PQE level and above, however, consideration will also be given to English & Welsh qualified solicitors who are keen to undertake the transfer exam.
