Following continued growth, QED Legal’s client is looking to appoint a driven solicitor who’s keen to play a meaningful role in the evolution of their commercial litigation practice. A key focus of the role is subrogated recoveries—an area offering both challenge and long-term career value. You’ll handle matters where insurers pursue recovery from third parties, often involving complex liability questions, high-value disputes, and multiple stakeholders. You’ll ideally have experience in subrogated recoveries alongside a solid grounding in insurance litigation, perhaps gained within a well-regarded Central Belt firm. That said, your ambition, commercial mindset, and enthusiasm to develop within a high-performing team will be just as important.
