Solicitor - Personal Injury
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 plus Benefits
I'm looking to speak with someone who is ambitious, motivated, and entrepreneurial. Someone who challenges the status quo, maybe you make suggestions to partners or managers and are pushed back with "that's just how we do things". Someone who is looking for a forever home and welcomes the opportunity to help build out a practice.
The only technical requirement is experience in personal injury and that you are happy commuting to Glasgow. Ideal PQE is around 1-3 years but the most important aspect is your mindset and motivations so get in touch regardless.
Someone who wants to be involved in strategy meetings and wants to share their ideas. There is plenty work to go around but the firm will want you involved in business development, suggestions on how to improve current practices, input on how to grow the firm and day to day strategy meetings on how to tackle defenders.

You will have a good work life balance but if you are looking for a role that allows you to complete your caseload, follow procedures and go home, it's probably not the role for you.
