An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented corporate lawyer to join a well respected and established law firm in Edinburgh.

Our client is a highly regarded firm that acts for a wide array of businesses, often completing complex and high value/profile transactions.

The role would suit Scots qualified solicitors at solicitor or senior solicitor level and a track record in dealing with a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, disposals, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts.

You will be fully supported in progressing your career and rewarded with a competitve reward structure and a healthy work-life balance.

Candidates should have/be:

  • at solicitor or senior solicitor-level
  • had exposure to a wide range of corporate and commercial work;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • a professional approach, relationship builder and team player;
  • ambitious and keen to progress ones career.
