You can expect to handle an interesting and varied caseload of credit hire, litigated motor injury and fraud cases. You will work closely with the Partner and may also be expected to appear in the Sheriff Court.
To be considered for this position, you should be at the 2-5 years PQE level and have a genuine interest in personal injury, claims resolution and litigation. Prior experience of working in the Sherrif’s Court would be beneficial however not essential, as well as experience of abuse and social care claims.
