An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented corporate lawyer to join a well respected and expanding law firm in Edinburgh.

Our client is a highly regarded firm that acts for a wide array of businesses, often completing complex and high value transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, disposals and corporate reorganisations.

The role would suit Scots qualified solicitors between NQ to 4 years' PQE with either background in corporate law or a desire to transition into that area.

• a Scots qualified solicitor between NQ to 4 years' PQE;
• a background in corporate law or a desire to transition into that area;
