Job Description

Our client base includes some of the country’s most established and well-known hospitality companies and entrepreneurs.  We operate from two locations, Stirling and Edinburgh.

Primarily property lawyers we offer specialised and experienced advice on all aspects of commercial property deals and require an experienced commercial property solicitor to join our business. 

The position:

You will act for multiple licensed trade operators looking after their portfolios of hotels and public houses whilst also managing new tenants seeking to take on either a Punch, Iona or S.N.P.E tenancy.

The position will cover the following services;

  • Licensed Trade Sale and Purchases        
  • Retail Investments
  • Property Joint Ventures              
  • Commercial Leases
  • Auction Sales    
  • Hospitality and Leisure

You will take over existing clients initially with a view to expanding the department over time.

The Person:

  • Ideal for a professional who would thrive in being part of an innovative team with the opportunity to develop with the business.
  • An enthusiastic approach and experience in commercial property law
  • Confident working across a variety of industries with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt and manage clients from a variety of backgrounds.


  • PQE 2 years minimum
  • Commercial Property experience essential (ideally within hospitality)

The position is based in Stirling, however, there will be some requirement to work from the Edinburgh office at times.  

Salary is dependent on experience and is up to £40,000 basic.
