Innes Johnston are looking to recruit a Qualified Solicitor for the conveyancing department and the ideal candidate will already have experience working in this area.
The role will be based in Fife and will involve working in a busy office alongside a number of friendly and experienced colleagues. The applicant will ideally have experience in running their own residential conveyancing case load and will have experience in residential purchases, sales, and re-mortgages.
The firm also acts for a number of clients who are developers, and this role could also involve advising on all aspects of purchasing sites for development and then resale of new build properties. It would be useful if the applicant is also able to advise on matters relating to commercial conveyancing.
We are looking for someone who is keen to develop business and build connections with an eye on progressing within the firm. There are good prospects of promotion for the right candidate.
The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
Benefits:
Hours of work will be Monday-Friday from 9am until 5pm but we are happy to discuss this in more detail and can be flexible around working hours/arrangements.
