Senior Solicitor - Real Estate.

An exceptional commercial property opportunity based in Edinburgh with a 'top tier' firm. The quality of work on offer is truly first-class. The team are widely regarded as one of the top ranked practices in Scotland. They represent clients across the UK, including banks, institutional funds, as well as developers, property companies and retailers and leisure operators.  Further, they also act for a number of operators, developers and funders in the renewables and energy and natural resources sectors.

The firm are expanding and due to this, they now seek a Senior Solicitor around 2-4 years PQE to join their team. 

They seek a candidate who has experience in the following areas:

Asset management work (e.g. shopping centres)
Experience of landlord/tenant leasing

Ideally, you will be dual qualified and able to practice in Scotland, England and Wales, however this is definitely not essential. 

If you are a driven and enthusiastic individual who is adept in delivering first class legal as well as commercial advice, then this could well be the role for you!
