The team is led by a highly respected Partner who has a vast knowledge of the insurance industry and personal injury law.
You must be Scottish qualified, have a minimum of 5 years’ post qualifying experience, be able to run your own case holding of personal injury claims both litigated and non-litigated, assume responsibility over more complex cases and have the ability and drive to lead, mentor and develop less experienced team members.
You must have a passion for your work and have experience of dealing with serious injury claims including fatalities. You must also be fully conversant with Sheriff Court, ASPIC & Court of Session litigation procedures.
A competitive salary and generous benefits are offered. Work is currently remote based and post COVID there will be the opportunity to have a blend of home and office-based working, depending on departmental requirements.
Candidates will be asked to undertake a credit and disclosure Scotland check.
