This growing dynamic law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor with between 3-6 years’ pqe to join its Real Estate Team. This role can be based out of the firms Dundee or Edinburgh office.
You will work with first class commercial clients on deals including investment acquisitions and disposals, development and leasing. You will be involved in all aspects of commercial real estate law, therefore experience in this is essential. You will be required to manage a busy and varied workload.
To be considered for this role you should have experience dealing with leasing matters and acquisition and disposal of commercial property. Previous experience of development transactions of English Law transactions would be beneficial.
