Senior Private Client Lawyer / Edinburgh or Glasgow / 8+ years’ PQE / Salary £60,000 - £90,000 plus generous benefits including profit share


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented senior lawyer and private client specialist to join a thriving law firm in Edinburgh or Glasgow.


The role would suit a lawyer with ideally over eight years' PQE and a track record in handling a wide range of private client matters.


The successful candidate will  will receive an impressive amount of private client referral work from across the firm, including some exceptionally high net worth individuals and families as well as be tasked with attracting new clients..


Suitable candidates should have/be:


  • over eight years' PQE within private client law (albeit those with less will be considered);
  • ideally a background in the full spectrum of private client work, including Wills and PoA, Trusts, Executries and tax planning;
  • preferably STEP accredited, however those without will be supported in its attainment;
  • a track record in delegating work as well as coaching and mentoring junior staff;
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • a professional approach and relationship builder.
