Working as part of the busy remortgage team you will in addition to managing your own restricted caseload, oversee the team's workload, monitor volumes and distribute workload fairly amongst the various teams and ensure all targets are met inline with service level agreements. You shall also escalate any difficult cases to the Property Partner, investigate and resolve complaints and be responsible for training and mentoring the team.
Excellent communication skills, patience, highly tuned organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail are all key requirements to succeed in this demanding role.
