As part of your responsibilities, you'll deliver legal services to various internal departments, such as health & safety, procurement, and commercial sectors. Your tasks will cover a wide spectrum, including contract drafting and negotiation, corporate/company law, dispute resolution, compliance & risk management, construction-related advice, insolvency, procurement, insurance, property, and commercial bidding.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PQE experience, demonstrating significant expertise in general commercial and in-house roles.
